Loft Done

Sue and Beth tackled the loft and are both very satisfied now at this neat result.

I suggested chipping bank back 6" to give more room for dustbins - but Dan decided to go a little further

and was very shocked later at how much earth, flints and chalk he had to get rid of!

Everyone got stuck in and Ryan spread the new gravel.

He made a bonfire of some rubbish too - pity about the fence!!

Back to Sue's for the clear up. I had said don't pay out for a skip, we'll put it in the car to take to the tip, but I quickly changed my mind! However, we were helped by a few of David's neighbours!!

Family weekend

We had a super time as a family this last weekend, we played skittles, our team should have been called The Zombies judging by this pic.  we didnt win!!!  I think Sue's Slappers won, which should have been interesting in  Harry's news book at his posh school on Monday !!! Especially as his Grandma was taken off in a police car as well!!

My anniversary

As usual John sent me these beautiful flowers, my 54th anniversary bouquet,  always with red roses because he loves me,  no woman could have a better husband than mine, and he improves every year with the in house training.!!  I love him too!
